Exchange conditions
- All exchange requests must be within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- The product must be in original condition, including tags and without any stains.
- The customer is responsible for arranging all return fees including shipping.
- A £5 fee will apply to all exchanges, consisting of transaction and administrative charges.
- Customer will be charged shipping fees subject to their location when shipping exchanged items.
Exchange Process
To start a return, send an email to info@mayalycollection.com with ‘RETURN and ORDER NUMBER’ in the subject. In the email, include your order number, name, and reason for the return.
We’ll confirm your request and provide the return address. you must Include a note inside the package with your full name and order number.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Requests are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
